Accessibility Statement & Standards

Accessibility Statement

Leta Digital is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, regardless of visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive ability. We continually optimize the user experience across our digital properties in strict accordance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, the UK Equality Act 2010, the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018, and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Standards & Conformance Goal

We target full technical conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines define best practices for making web content accessible to individuals with disabilities and usable for all visitors across modern desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.

Technical Accessibility Measures

To uphold accessibility across our Wix Studio DOM architecture, Leta Digital embeds the following technical principles into our core design and engineering workflows:

  • Perceivable Content: All non-text visual elements incorporate descriptive text alternatives (alt text). Text components maintain a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against background colors to ensure legibility.

  • Operable Navigation: Every site page supports complete keyboard-only navigation with clear focus indicators. Visual layouts avoid fast-flashing media to prevent photosensitive triggers.

  • Understandable Interface: Navigation structures, visual hierarchy, and form layouts remain consistent across all pages. Form fields include explicit programmatically linked labels and real-time input validation guidance.

  • Robust Compatibility: DOM structures are engineered with semantic HTML5 tags and Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA) attributes, ensuring compatibility with screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver), screen magnifiers, and assistive technologies.

Scope of this Statement

This Accessibility Statement applies strictly to:

  • The primary corporate web domain:  https://www.letadigital.com/

  • All subdomains and digital properties directly owned, engineered, or edited by Leta Digital.

Client deliverables engineered by Leta Digital are built against bespoke accessibility criteria specified in individual project statements of work.

Current Conformance Status & Technical Limitations

We actively audit and refine our digital infrastructure. While our goal is 100% WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, certain legacy assets or third-party web components may present temporary accessibility barriers:

  • Third-Party Embedded Widgets: Integrated external utilities or dynamic widgets may rely on third-party scripts that do not fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We regularly encourage these vendors to release accessible updates.

  • PDF Documents & Legacy Media: Historical downloadable PDF assets uploaded prior to 2025 may lack full screen-reader structural tags. Accessible text equivalents are available upon request.

Remediation efforts are conducted routinely to resolve identified exceptions promptly.

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Leta Digital's website. If you encounter accessibility barriers, require content in an alternative format (such as plain text, large print, or audio file), or wish to report a technical issue, please contact us:

  • Email: letadigitalteam@gmail.com

  • Response Commitment: We review all accessibility submissions and aim to provide a substantive response or interim solution within five working days.
